House Structure

What life in the house looks like.

We keep the house neat, clean, and spotless — and we keep our residents accountable. Structured living means sobriety requirements, mandatory meeting attendance, and expectations around employment, education, or volunteer work.

Every resident has a washer and dryer on site, a spacious backyard for lounging and BBQs, and a house kept comfortably cool through the Florida summer. Specific house rules, curfew, and accountability standards are reviewed in full during your application call — we’d rather walk you through them directly than bury them in fine print.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept veterans?

Yes. The Warriors Landing welcomes both veterans and civilians in recovery. We understand military culture and are close to Bay Pines VA, but our community isn’t exclusive to veterans.

Is it free, or does the VA pay?

Rent is $1,000/month plus a $500 security deposit, with all utilities included. We're not aware of a blanket VA payment arrangement at this time — if you have VA benefits questions, contact us directly and we'll work through your specific situation.

What are the house rules?

Structured living with sobriety requirements, mandatory meeting attendance, and expectations around employment, education, or volunteer work. We walk through the full house rules and accountability standards on your application call.

Will I fit in?

We keep our community small — six residents, two per room — specifically so people aren’t just roommates passing in the hallway. Weekly BBQs, fishing excursions, and shared meetings build real friendships.

How long can I stay?

There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. The Warriors Landing is meant to bridge the gap between treatment and independent living — length of stay is discussed individually based on your progress and goals.

What support is available day to day?

Case management, job placement assistance, life coaching, yoga, transportation to meetings and church, weekly fellowship BBQs, group fishing excursions, and 12-step workshops — all included.

Have a question we didn’t answer?
